These exemptions are location-dependent, and local council overlays or zoning requirements may still apply. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm applicable local regulations.
4. Use of AI-Generated Images

These visuals: Are conceptual and may not represent the final built form, finishes, or landscaping are used to convey the design intent and co-living lifestyle concept. 6. Third-Party Involvement
Real Easy Real Estate operates as a buyer advocacy and project facilitation partner to assist investors in securing appropriate land and project delivery support. We may work with a range of third-party consultants, landowners, and sales agents to deliver a complete service. No liability is accepted for third-party conduct, nor for project feasibility beyond initial investigation.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
